All Super Quadras follow a basic planning, defined by Lúcio Costa. A Super Quadra contains about ten buldings, low speed streets and parking space. Every Super Quadra is served by a local commercial sector; check out this other map of a Super Quadra to see more features.

Despite the similarities, there are small differences between the Quadras. The image shows that this set of Super Quadras is served by a large school, with a small arena and a sports court; other quadras may have churches, supermarkets, etc.
