Seat of Brazil GovernmentThe image shows an aerial photo of the Three Powers Square.

At the left side, the Brazilian Congress. There are two half spheres, one looking up and the other looking down, where Deputies and Senators meet for votings. The two taller buildings (the tallest in Brasília) is where the administrative staff of Congress works.

At the top of the image, the Palácio do Planalto, seat of the Executive Power; the President and his closest advisors work here. The four lines of buildings to the right of the Planalto are the Annexes where the administrative staff works.

The smaller building at the bottom of the image is the Supreme Federal Court.

There is a distance of about 400 meters between the center of each of these buildings. The large white area is a yard, open to public meetings and manifestations.
