Manhattan Plaza is an upscale hotel, belonging to the same chain which controls Kubitscheck Plaza Hotel. Manhattan and Kubitschek are located next to each other; the front of Kubitschek overlooks the back of Manhattan. Manhattan has a better view of the Brasilia Three Powers Square area.

The hotel offers 313 standard rooms, and only one special suite. Amenities include swimming pool, dry and wet saunas, fitness room. There are six convention rooms of different sizes available.
